Welcome to Casa Panetteria, a home bakery born from the love and inspiration of Gianna, who has dedicated herself to turning classic Italian desserts into the sweet American dreams we all crave. Named after her beloved Nonna, whose kitchen was always filled with the warmth of tradition, Casa Panetteria is more than just a bakery—it's a testament to family, perseverance, and the power of dreams. Gianna has educated herself with the knowledge of not only at-home baking but also with pastry arts from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.
A Letter to My Nonna:
You taught me so much—how to cook, how to love with my whole heart, and how to always hold on to my dreams no matter the obstacles. It’s because of you that I never gave up on what I truly wanted, and I can only hope that you see all the effort I’ve put into making my dream a reality.
I started Casa Panetteria with you in mind, and I think of you every single day. The name of the bakery is a tribute to you—because without you, none of this would be possible. The joy of sharing food with others, the importance of family, and the strength to keep going no matter how tough things get.
Casa Panetteria is more than just a bakery—it’s a piece of you, and it will always carry a part of your heart with it.
